Jiulong(TM) Baguazhang
The Jiulong Baguazhang system classes at Tranquil Mountain Internal Arts are taught under the auspices of Dr. John Painter and the Jiulong Baguazhang Association. This system is a traditional, family-style of martial and health methods collated, integrated, and preserved by the Li Family of Sichuan Province, China since 1580 AD. The Jiulong Baguazhang system consists of Reality-Based Health and Self-Defense methods and principles.
